Quality issues.
I used to get this all the time. My last bag was freezer burned AND every piece of cauliflower in the bag had brown spots or streaks like the ones I circled in the photo. I had to throw it out, and it ruined my veggie mix plan. I would like my money back, but I’m not driving across town over a bag of cauliflower.

Should have read previous reviews. A few pieces of brown cauliflower. Eck! The rest were fine, but still! I'll buy Birds Eye brand next time.

I've purchased this multiple times and had no complaints until I made a bag today. While I was eating, I found a bug in my cauliflower! I see there is another review with a picture of the same looking bug on theirs, so clearly not a one-time thing. Thankfully, Target refunded me.

Frozen Black Molded Cauliflower!
I called the 800 number to report molded Cauliflower and was given a refund but Target needs to find at what point this product had molded. Was it packed this way or during shipment or storage or in freezer in store did the product defrost and molded and was then refrozen? I have tested verified allergy to 2 types of mold so this was dangerous for me so it was opened and disposed of and reported to the store where it was bought and to Targets 800 number.
