75" Carynhurst Bookcase Beige - Signature Design by Ashley

The look is beautiful and superb in my office space, but the instructions were horrendous!!! We had to drill holes that weren't provided for the two cross bars to attach and the allen wrench provided was inadequate at best. Definitely a two-person job, the screws for the shelving were so hard to turn that it took several hours to complete because you have to have hulk hands to finish the job.

I bought four matching pieces including this bookcase and just want to say the packaging, the quality of the furniture and pieces and parts for assembly are second to none. Best quality for the price and stylish too. Thanks Ashley.

Stylish and feminine! I thought this bookshelf would be too dark and masculine but it goes perfectly in my home office/library.

This is a great open bookcase/etegere with a rustic finish that goes great with a modern farmhouse or coastal interior. Pretty easy to assemble. Sturdy, but still lightweight. Makes it easy to display your cherished items. Enclosed bottom section is great for a woven basket that slides out to access a throw blanket or other items.

I love it! It’s exactly what I wanted. I put it together by myself. Easy. It initially arrived with the top piece and one side piece busted. But, Ashley had me replacement parts in less than a week! It was transported across the United States from the state of Washington to Alabama. I have always loved how Ashley stands by their products. I love Ashley Furniture!! I would highly recommend the Baldridge Bookcase and Ashley Furniture!!

We saw this bookcase and knew right away it was the perfect size and style for the game room.

They were a little difficult to asssemble, but they look great. They were much cheaper than the store.

After taking this bookshelf out of the box it looked like it seen better days. It had knicks and marks over it and I feel like the package could have been better because this was a heavy box. So by the time I received this product the end of the box was busted opened. This bookshelf is poorly designed. The instructions are not very helpful and when putting together the section “J” pieces the screws went into a whole of the bookshelf that your hand could barely fit to screw it in you couldn’t use the tool that is supplied with this shelf.

Great product. Took a little to assemble but worth the work!

Nice and sturdy! Finish looks nice. No fun to assemble and I’m pretty good at it! Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star.

45 minutes for assembly would only apply to someone who regularly builds furniture. My daughter assembled the bookcase and it is sturdy and attractive. I am well pleased!

The assembly instructions were the worst I’ve ever encountered. The locations of where bolts were to go were difficult to maneuver and hex wrench was so small it was difficult generate any leverage. I bought two bookcases and it took hours to put them together. The mfgr made it more difficult than it had to be.

My overall thoughts are that this was a good purchase and I am happy with the product. On the good side, the quality is better than what I thought it would be. Also the packing of the product was well done with clearly labeled parts for assembly. On the negative side was that some of the connecting screws were positioned in an awkward location that made it hard to insert and tighten properly, particularly the shelving screws.

Love the 75" bookcase, it did take some time to put together but once completed it looks good.
