The cord came out of the side of the lamp instead of the back. Returned.

Hi - all you needed to do was to adjust how the light was positioned on the main column. The base is round, so you just turn the top light to adjust where the cord is in relation to the light. Nice, but one issue
Looks nice. Heavy base, very stable, with beautiful glass lamp shade. Base is darker than shown. I'm knocking two stars off due to the placement of the power cord though. It should have been placed in the back of the stand, but sticks out on the front/side and you can't adjust it. Notice that the cord is photoshopped out of the product photo. Not sure why the manufacturer designed it this way. Also, does not ship with a lightbulb.

Very sturdy.
Just realize it’s a totally different color when off. Off, the shade is kind of a dirty yellowish tan. On, it’s a brilliant white color with interesting swirls.
