The pillow comes vacuum sealed and doesn’t puff up much after opening. I tried fluffing it, but it was still fairly flat. I thought about ordering a separate insert, but ended up returning it instead. I ordered the ivory color and found it to be a little more on the yellowish side. The woven design was nice though.

Nice but thin insert

So cute and good quality but the pillow is flatter than a pancake! It arrived vacuum sealed and so flat. After even a week of being open and fluffing it the pillow was still so flat and pathetic looking. The quality of the removable cover was so nice especially for the sale price I got that I just decided to buy a new insert. It looks much more full and happy now. The removable cover will make washing it nice. Just wish it came with a thicker insert.
