Striped Kids' Rug - Pillowfort™

Dark blue or black staining on rug noticed immediately as I opened it. Asked for a replacement and still haven’t received it. Asked customer service if I had to return the rug prior to receiving the new rug and they said no- I let them know I didn’t have time to return the rug prior. Guess what, they lied and I do need to return the rug prior to receiving the new item. Ridiculous. What is the point of having messaged customer service with my concerns if they do not tell you the correct information.

Terrible packaging for shipping allowed the rug to get filthy dirty. Wish it was available in store. Returning it as it is not in acceptable condition.

We ordered this rug in the blue 5x7 for a nursery and loved the color/pattern. HOWEVER it smelled AWFUL. We left it in the room with the windows all open for a full week and our whole house smelled bad. I've bought rugs before and fully understand they need to be aired out and we did try but this was a whole nother level. We thought it was defective so we returned it and ordered another and even though it shipped from a different location it has the exact same smell. It's so strong even with the windows open we can smell it from downstairs. I'm so sad because it was exactly what I wanted otherwise but it's completely unusable.

Super cute rug for kids room. Only thing annoying is if it's on carpet it doesn't stay in place.

Unfortunately it arrived with blue in the white parts of the rug. It was a manufacturing defect as it wasn’t just fuzz.

This is a darling and affordable rug, the colors make it very versatile. It does move around some, but I think that’s hard to avoid on carpet. The yellow color pictured is different in real life, it’s more of an orangey yellow than the gold we thought it was.

I’ve had my eye on this rug for a while and finally purchased. It’s super soft and beautifully colored, will purchase another for the next kid!

The rug colors and design were really nice, but sadly the quality is terrible! When ours arrived, there was already quite a bit of pilling and pieces of the rug missing. After we laid it out, within minutes it got worse. We tried vacuuming it and big chunks of the rug pile came off. We returned!

Really ties the look of my son’s room together. Soft, good size, and the end that was curled straightener out in a day with a book bin laid on top. We use it under his toddler bed o top of carpet. Great quality!

This rug is adorable in my grandson’s room. The colors are so complementary to the toddler quilt we purchased from a certain “barn” store. The rug will be great for him to play on. Not too thick or too thin. Just so happy with it. And price was very reasonable.

Not as vibrant as I thought it would be unfortunately. Also, when anyone walks on it, it looks dirty (footprints) — makes me want to keep it vacuumed at all times. Returning to the store 🙃.

I got the 5'x7' cream version of this rug for my son's nursery. My son loves crawling on it. It's soft and looks great. It's not very thick, but I haven't felt a rug pad to be necessary. It has a non-slip coating on the back, so it's been fine on our hardwood floor. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase! Definitely check for any discounts, like the Pillowfort cartwheel deal for people who made a Target baby registry.

Looooove this rug! It vacuums well (which is sometimes hard to find with a Dyson handheld) & it feels nice on the feet. The non-slip works great on our hardwoods. It seems to be good quality.

I'm usually afraid to purchase rugs online, because I am particular about my rug softness and I hadn't had any luck in person. However, I decided to take a chance with this rug because all the reviews said it was soft. Luckily, I mostly agree! The pile is about a finger width's thick and isn't scratchy when walking or running a hand along it. Very pleased and considering getting another to fill my living room (and its coarse carpet)!

If you are looking for a nice, thin rug, this is it! It's not plush, but it was just what we needed in a child's room. The colors are true to the photo - navy with orange, gold and a brighter blue stripe. The rug had a pliable backing, so it didn't retain it's curled shape when we opened it. It laid flat right away.
