Absolutely vile - bitter insipid flavor. So bad that I took the time and trouble to look up if Healthy Choice offered a satisfaction guarantee in the hope that they might send a coupon to try one of their other dishes to see if any better. On the showing of the Healthy Choice Max Bowl Lemon Herb Chicken I'm not inclined to give the benefit of the doubt and try another flavor option.

For “fast food” this is good! There are veggies & chicken & I usually add more lemon after it’s cooked & sometimes I add minced garlic! Organic of same product would add 5 more stars!!

do not use this product or the lemon herb chicken if they have the plant fiber cardboard bowls these will start on fire in your microwave twice this happened the last time a brand new microwave fortunately the fire dept came luckily very little damage unfortunately the new microwave was destroyed i reached out to the company they offered no help just a coupon i never wright reveiws but someone could get seriously hurt beside the fact destroying their home DONT USE THIS PRODUCT EVER

My new favorite!
I have been buying this product since I first tried it when it was introduced. The chicken is so much better tasting than the chicken in the cafe steamers products and a satisfying amount of it. The best part is that I feel comfortably full after I finish it. Improvements would be to have more kale and reduce the sodium a little (high blood pressure). I have a very small freezer but have been buying 3 of these at once, taking up prime space. Would love more options of the Max version that are not too spicy or salty and not chicken or beef. Thank you!

I learned a lesson today
I am not a lemon herb person. at least not in the microwave bowl. All of the ingredients are great independently, but there's little to no suace and it's bland. I usually buy the asian/spicy flavors of these meals and they're so much better than this.

Great for Post-Workout
This was much better than I was expecting, honestly. A lot of frozen meals are like 70% pasta, 25% veggies, and a few cubes of chicken scattered in. I ate this one after a fairly intense workout (F/50s) and it was pretty good. It didn’t leave a weird aftertaste and it was definitely much more protein and veggie than carb. I feel satisfied but not overly full. Will definitely buy again for a quick option after the gym.

I’ve been buying these for over a year. I could eat just one a day and not need much else. They taste superb, although I like mine with a bit of lemon pepper to kick the flavor depth up a notch. I would buy enough to have it once a day year-round if I could find them in my location. Every store around me is phasing them out! 😞☹️☹️😫

I enjoy the lemon herb chicken, max protein bowls. They are larger portions with high protein, so they’re more expensive, but it’s a good price per ounce compared to other frozen meals. I add some Kalamata olives to complement the flavor sometimes . I also enjoy the HONEY SRIRACHA CHICKEN and TEX MEX CHICKEN; good flavor , value and protein content for these varieties as well. I sometimes add a little frozen broccoli to SRIRACHA CHICKEN for more fiber and nutrition. Max protein bowls are satisfying quick meals.

Real, Healthy, Delicious
These meals have legit quality ingredients - things I would actually use like kale and quinoa. Healthy Choice Max solves the frozen meal problem by actually being big enough to stay with you until your next meal. And best of all, they aren't loaded with salt. It is the only freezer meal I feel good about eating, they are a huge step up from everything else out there.
