  • A: Hello there, The space between the slats of the bottom bunk and the bottom of the top bunk is 35". The space will depend on what size mattress you use. We Recommend using a mattress 5 inches in height up to a maximum of 8 inches.

Strudiness Questionable

The bunk took about 3hrs to assemble between my husband and I, 90% of the assembly is with allen renches. The top bunk is held in place with a bolt insert and the end pieces are 1x4. As a result the top bunk is pretty wobbly. I won't be returning because it would be a nightmare. It looks just like the pictures except there are a ton on bolts that you see.

Would recommend!

We just received this bed yesterday. I searched for a while for a twin over queen and this one fit the bill and was also a great price. My husband and I put it together today and it took us about 2.5 hours start to finish. The directions were straight forward and it was pretty easy. We did have 2 parts mislabeled, but it was easy to figure out the issue. My 2 year old is sleeping in the queen below and we plan to bunk her 4yr old sister up top when we have house guests and need a big bed for the adults. Good quality and looks nice. Would buy again.
