Q: with the chair's Pneumatic all the way up what it should be the clearence from the floor to the bottom of the cair. It seems to me that the chair is way too low

The black knob underneath the chair is the tension tilt knob it essentially allows you to decide how much you want to recline on a chair, and how much force is needed to do so. Q: Are the arms adjustable? They look very low, so I just would like to make sure the arm rests are in a comfortable position. They look like they should be higher.

It's comfortable but the hight is too low.

I bought 3 chairs. The sit is soften, but the high is only 18 inches. According to the instruction, it can raise to 20 inches. But I don't know how to do it. It seems some other buyers also have the same issue.

Very decent, only minor issues

It’s a nice chair, very comfortable and cute! The only downsides are that it is not for people with cats.. My cats don’t purposefully go at this chair, but it still had threads pulled despite a blanket being over it to protect it most of the time. It’s also not very wide and I prefer to sit cross legged or with one knee up and the arm rests are hard plastic, so it’s not super comfortable for that. I thought assembly was fine, I did it all by myself, and I can sit for a long time before being uncomfortable. My only true gripe is that I wish the arm rests had some padding or weren’t connected all the way around, so they were floating more, so there would be more seat space.

Great Chair But...

I’ve had this chair for about 4 months now. So far it’s held up super well. It’s pretty comfortable and is the perfect height for my desk. Downside I do feel like I’ve lost some of the height of the chair overtime. Plus it has gotten creaky as well.

Highly recommend for the price!

This chair is super nice with its ergonomic features and great for the price! I personally had no issues at all with assembly. Although short, the instructions clearly talk through the name of each part which makes it pretty straightforward. I would highly recommend this chair!

Very comfortable

As many reviewers have said, the assembly was a bit tough. I have put together dozens of office chairs, but the instructions on this one are vague. The lumbar section doesn't signify which end is up, and the tension between the arms makes it very difficult to screw the lumbar section on. Once it is all together, it is very comfortable!

Comfy but difficult

Assembly was really hard. I can definitely put things together with basic instructions but this was ridiculous. I bought it while it was on sale so I feel it's worth the money but would not recommend it was as if the plastic pieces were warped and the screws were too short my husband and I hasld to really shove the pieces together and put a lot of weight on them to screw. The end result is good though it is a comfy chair.

Assembly too difficult

I'm decent at putting stuff together, and this was ridiculous. Had to stop and just return it, which I've never done before. Getting the actual chair I want elsewhere.

Great chair

The chair itself is super comfy and cute. However, putting it together was more difficult than I thought it would be. And one of the screws was different from what it was supposed to be, and I ended up having to find a tool at home that would fit it. So for that I give it a 4 star, but still a lovely chair.
