Bad quality, sheds like crazy

Rug sheds terribly, even after laundering according to directions. Long cottonball-like strings EVERYWHERE in bathroom still after a month. Vacuum head filled with the cottonball-like strings all wound around it inside after vacuuming bathroom floor with the rug removed from the bathroom.
