We chose this fixture to update our bathroom. We like the style and especially the 2700K color temperature. The installation was much more difficult than other fixtures we have installed. The existing electrical box did not have screw holes that matched the mounting bracket so we had to replace the box with an old work ceiling fixture. The canopy of this fixture *barely* covers the lip of the electrical box. You have to be very precise about installing and leveling. Also the canopy is very thin/shallow so there is no room for adapter brackets, etc. (If your box does not match you will have to replace it.) Also we have an additional cost of purchasing and installing a new dimmer switch - our existing was standard for incandescent bulbs. I think they are around $50 for the ELV dimmers. Overall a very nice fixture but difficult to install. If you are doing new construction w/ electrical help or if you like DIY projects then I would recommend.
