This was so tasteless I prepped for eating my 2nd one by loading it up with red flakes and italian seasoning. 3 stars with my flavoring. I know we're going for high protein and 360 calories here, but I think if they added some herbs or something it would be better and not affect the calories. Crust doesn't crisp either.

Not for me
I am happy to see a high protein, high fiber pizza option. However, the sodium content is too high! The red sauce is too much! I followed the air fryer directions, but the cauliflower crust pizza didn't get at all crispy. I don't think I will buy this again.

Disappointing
It was soggy after using the Microwave instructions so added some time in the toaster over. It had an odd texture for pizza...too soft and spongy. The cheese was weird (fat free maybe?). Not much flavor. I kept adding salt but still couldn't bring myself to eat more than half. I would rather go hungry than choke this down.

Overall pretty good. I prepared it via air fryer but I had the take up temp up higher above the recommended 300 degrees to get the cheese to melt. Crust was crispy, but you can tell it’s a high protein crust. I ended up adding seasoning on top to give it more flavor. For a quick meal option, it’s a blank canvas if you want to modify it.
