Pleasantly Surprised

Wow, I am so disappointed right now, do you ever eat something and then keep eating it because you think it’ll taste better? I don’t know why I was trying so hard because it was awful. Make a note the tortilla is not a tortilla. It is a weird rubbery piece of reconstituted chicken. ? Really wish they would’ve just done a corn tortilla wrap. It would’ve been so much better. !!! Very very disappointed

Reviews were mixed, but I loved it! For frozen meals, this is one of the best I have had. Tortilla was not rubbery at all, like often happens with frozen, non-fried tortillas. Chicken was great! The verde salsa is very good, a bit bitter which I prefer, but my kids did not like.

3 stars due to salt content. Well this is absolutely the most flavorful and best chicken pretty enchilada I have had in the freezer section, I wake up puffy hands from way too much salt. It would be fantastic with half the amount! May keep me from buying again due to the salt content other than that it is excellent! I noticed there are other items are loaded with salt too. Unfortunate, as that amount is not needed

A tasty chicken abomination
These enchiladas are giving true meathead Frankenmeal. Why, you ask? Because the “tortillas” are made out of chicken. Yes, chicken tortillas. That being said, for a frozen meal? Very tasty, good macros. Just best to think of it as chicken in a sauce and not enchiladas. Worth a try. Definitely going to get them again.

These make me sad
Chicken enchiladas with chicken “tortillas.” This is sad. Great macros, terrible execution. Beware: these “enchiladas” contain no tortillas. Also, somehow the texture of the chicken inside the enchilada is worse than the nightmare chicken tortilla. The salsa has some flavor but just becomes a wet, watery mess once you start eating the enchiladas. If you want to get these macros, please just put some salsa and cheese on a chicken breast. Don’t do this.

High Protein Low Cal
These are great if you are trying to stay in a caloric deficit and want to ensure you’re hitting your protein goals. These are not made with tortillas so the texture is going to be different than a traditional enchilada but the flavor is great. You have to heat them up right
I love these. They're low-calorie, high protein, and easy to make. They also taste great - IF YOU HEAT THEM UP RIGHT. I put them in the air fryer in the little pan they come in for 14 mins at 350. Halfway through I like to tear up a low carb tortilla and put it on top with a little extra cheese. It helps to make you feel like you're actually getting enchiladas, not just straight chicken. If you have to microwave I would recommend heating in the air fryer the night before and then storing in the fridge before you microwave.

Yall need to read the ingredients closely. These are not corn tortillas smh. I found them to be okay in taste.
