Description

The Tri-Core Ultimate combines the best features of our Tri-Core Fiber Cervical Support Pillow and Therapeutica Foam Sleeping Pillow to create the ultimate pillow for support and comfort! This nonallergenic foam pillow provides proper alignment of the neck and supports the head while sleeping to help alleviate headaches and neck pain. The orthopedic design helps relieve a variety of conditions affecting the neck and shoulders. It is also ideal for CPAP users.

Head cradle for back sleeping, choose from one of the four distinct neck roll supports to find the one that fits your body and neck best. The shaped center gently cradles the head for comfortable sleep. Increase or decrease the amount of support by simply rotating the pillow to a larger or smaller neck roll. Gradually increase cervical correction by using a larger roll. If at any time you experience increased neck pain, reduce the amount of support by using a smaller neck roll or a traditional sleeping pillow.

For side sleeping, large side sleeping areas keep head level for proper alignment of the spine. The airflow channels provide increased face & ear comfort. Channel for jaw pressure relief on each side of the pillow help reduce pressure on the jaw, making it more comfortable for people with TMJ or jaw pain.

For side/back sleepers, enjoy a smooth transition when moving from side to back sleeping or vice versa. Plus, you will benefit from all the features designed specifically for back or side sleeping.

For CPAP users, a distinct edge allows a CPAP mask and hose to comfortably drape over the side of the pillow. This helps prevent mask/pillow interference and keeps the CPAP mask from moving or placing excessive pressure on the face.

The Tri-Core Ultimate's unique molded foam provides a firm foundation with a surface that is soft to the touch. Each pillow comes with a machine washable, soft breathable cover, fitted, smooth zip open cover for easy removal for washing. Fits standard pillowcase.

It may take some time to adjust to this cervical pillow and immediate overuse may increase neck pain. Those who slowly ease their way into orthopedic correction, by alternating between this pillow and their current pillow, achieve the best results. When side sleeping, use side sleeping area. Head cradle is not intended for side sleeping and may cause neck pain.

Very good pillow

I love this pillow.

I have been buying core products for years and this pillow is my favorite. I bought it two years ago and I still sleep on it every night it's nice and has different levels of firmness depending on your daily needs.

Was Hopeful

Unfortunately, I was not impressed. I tried it for one week. It is not meant for side sleepers even though it is advertised that way. It is too flat. I had to put another pillow under it in order to sleep on my back with it. Even then my head bends back too far which caused vertigo for me.

Not helpful to me

While this is probably great for those who sleep on their backs. While it inidicates it can be used by side sleepers, I found it too firm and the areas for sleeping on your side were too small.

Too complicated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is too complicated. And if you use the wrong side it can really hurt your neck. All the sides are very different and there are four options. Any time I change the sheets it’s hard to find the right side again.

Maybe too much support…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pillow at the recommendation of my chiropractor. She even had one for me to try. I loved it. When mine came in , I thought “this is much stiffer than what I tried.” I have it a shot. I have to say I’m hoping it gets softer over time. It’s like sleeping on a rock. I’ll give it its full trial but if it doesn’t soften up, it’s being returned.

Want to love it, but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impressed with the design';tag attached and foam engraved with codes indicating which side to sleep for low -high kneck support. Little to no odor within days. So far, pillow is too firm for me ,my head feels to high, the indentation for head is not enough & I feel more support with the original tri core or d core

Good product, didn't work for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I prefer firmer pillows, this one was much firmer than what I can tolerate, even after a few days trying to adapt to it, and using it on the A option. Also, I guess my neck is not long enough to be "cuddled" on the depression of the pillow, so it didn't work for me. For a taller person - I'm 5'2" - , maybe it could be a good option if you tolerate a very firm pillow.

Still Trying to Find a Comfortable Position

This has been a very long haul for me. I am a fan of the Tri-Core Cervical pillow, but I go through them too fast. I thought perhaps this hardier version would last longer. And it probably will because so far I haven't been able to find a sleeping position that works for me. I start out with this pillow and then usually switch to my old pillow about halfway through the night. I can't quite put my finger on what's preventing me from getting comfortable on this pillow, but I think it may be that the neck roll is fine, but the sides are too firm. I'm not sure, but I have yet to get a full night's sleep on it. The pillow is well-made and I'm still hoping it work for me up the road, so I can't recommend trying it or not trying it. The worse my neck gets, the more I am hoping it will one day work.

Excellent pillow

I love this pillow. It’s soft yet firm, the cover is a very nice quality and it feels like a dream. Unfortunately, it did not fit my head well, as I had hoped for. I am a 5’10” woman and my head is a little bit larger than most. Also the neck area is a little longer than I would like. If it fit well, I would be in love!

Versatile support

tri-core ultimate cervical pillow review

This has been the only pillow that has helped with my neck pain. It has been wonderful. I tried at least 5 pillows prior this one, and this one is a keeper.
