Never Again
Bioengineered ( at least they tell you i suppose) ingredients. Do not use provided recipe for crust on the back!!! Had a last minute need to bake extra pies with a graham cracker crust. Usually i make with whole crackers, so i don’t measure in cups. Thought the recipe on back should be an accurate recipe. Wrong. Way too much butter, it just leeches out and ends up a soggy pool of slop in a pan. So now I’m in an even bigger time crunch bind than i was before i started. As a fairly experienced baker, i should have known better by the texture when it was mixed — wayyyy too greasy. Will never buy again.

Absolutely disgusting. Tastes nothing like graham crackers. Flavor is chemical fake. Nasty. Look at the ingredients. No. Just. No. (Don’t do what I did and ruin a perfect key lime pie by using this horrible product in place of ACTUAL graham crackers/graham cracker crumbs.)

poor packaging
box came completely crushed. was packed with cans that were also dented in the shipment. not padding was included in the package to avoid damaging the items. I ordered a duvet covered that was packaged separately and could have helped pad the items in the box. The box was way too big for all the items in the package, thus allowing them to move around and bang into each other.

Don't Buy
I have been making crusts for cheese cakkes for many years. I have used these crumbs twice. Both times oil leaked out onto the bottom of my oven and caused a lot of smoke. The first time I thought it was my old pan but now, after second time, I know it is the crumbs.

Gritty
This is not so much graham cracker crumbs as it is grains of graham cracker sand. This means the shortening or butter that you incorporate for your pie crust or cookie bar base is not really absorbed well and whatever you are making with this will have a gritty texture. My bad for taking a short cut to just crushing some graham crackers.
