If you google the reviews for this third party company “pure down” you’ll find they’re a scam umbrella company that sell garbage products they’ve never touched. This product never shipped despite saying it would arrive within a week. It finally shipped out after multiple complaints with target and we returned it. Do not waste your time or money.

This mattress topper is the most amazing you could ever imagine. I have purchased so many throughout the years and was always not impressed. I continued to try with the same disappointing results.
