Perfect wedge of parmesan
This is a great wedge of parmesan, both in price and flavor. I’ve been buying a lot of parmesan this year and so many of the other brands in the under $20 category lack flavor. My only negative comment is that my closest store doesn’t sell this product anymore and I wish they would.

Don't let the price deterr you, this is definitely worth it. Good flavor, good quality, and while it doesn't seem like a lot for your money you have to remember it is a very hard cheese so when you grate it, especially with a fine microplane it doesn't take very much off the block to make more than enough for what you need. Sealed well in a ziptop bag and stored in the fridge it lasts a very long time. My family can't go back to the dusty junk in a plastic jar.

Delicious Parmigiano Reggiano
I really have enjoyed using this Parmigiano Reggiano cheese grated on top of the spinach and goat cheese pizza. That’s all I’ve used it on so far because I just got it yesterday, but the flavorful taste made the pizza even better.

This Parmesan is very good. I have never had an block for him and I’m finding many ways to use it. I put it on pizza and a meatball subs both of which is very good. I think it’s the kind of cheese the taste better when heated up I don’t think it’s very good on crackers alone I received an incentive to write this review.

Tasty and easy to manage parmesan
This taste it like quality parmesan cheese. I love the shape in the size of the cheese because it's easy to handle when grating. Is also easy to cut through into chunks which I did with my charcuterie plate. The taste is salty and a bit strong but not overwhelming. I received an incentive to write this review.

I feel that this was a tasty and an substantial amount of parmesan cheese. It had a good flavor and a bit of a bite but it wasn't overwhelming. It was easy to cut into chunks and pair it well with honey. I can't wait to grate this on more food but I felt it was versatile to cook with. I received an incentive to write this review.

Yummy nutty notes for cheese plates
Good & Gather's parmigiano reggiano is a hard cheese with a unique nutty flavor that would make a great edition to your next cheese board. I kept it simple, eating it will crackers, and really enjoyed its unique flavor. Next time I plan to have it with apples and grapes as well, which it should will pair nicely with. I also added it to a pasta dish but didn't think the two were the right match for each other.

This is a good sized chunk of parmigiano reggiano cheese. It’s about an inch thick. I have had good luck with Good and Gather products. It’s imported from Italy, and tastes really good on pastas, and in recipes. Much better than the pre-shredded or grated in my opinion. I received an incentive to write this review.
