Contains 16% 100% real lemon juice
This stuff is pretty good. It is suuuuuuuper tart as some of the other reviews have noted so drinking it straight might be difficult unless you happen to love acid. However, I take issue with some of the reviews that suggest that this has fake lemon in it. This is literally all real lemon juice—but it is 16% Lemon juice, which is a lot. But it’s all real baby! I recommend having this with something else maybe as a mixture or maybe with a juice or syrup of some sort. I make a butterfly pea flower simple syrup and then add this on top and it makes a beautiful color changing drink. The extra sweetness also helps take the edge off the tartness of the lemon. Another option for the super adventurous is to mix it with tequila and —no joke— Baja blast. It will taste like a margarita. You may want to add salt (That was my fiancé’s suggestion). I call it a Bajarita.
