Stay Close To Home
This product does work well for constipation but it's unpredictable. The best way is to start with only 1 capsule and see how that affects you. 1 capsule works for me, any more and it causes diarrhea. I take it before bed and it usually works the next morning. I don't notice gas, cramping or bloating but the need to go hits me fast. I stay close to home when I take it!

Magic little pills
These help you stay regular without horrible stomach pains that make you uncomfortable. The downside is that you have to take around 4 of them to feel the effects

Oxy-Powder is an essential part of my health care regime
I have used Oxy-Powder since I was first introduced to it. I swear by it, give it to my mother occasionally and recommend it to friends. I began using it for occasional cleansing. I use it to maintain general digestive system health and swear by it for occasional constipation.

Great product, especially if you are doing colon hydrotherap
I love this product for clearing out my colon when I do liver cleanses. I have also used it when I am getting colon hydrotherapy treatments (colonics), and it is amazing to help loosen everything up, making the colonic a lot more pleasant and easy. I'm overall really impressed with all of Global Healing's products.
