3 large frozen lumps
This was just 3 large frozen lumps of cauliflower rice that would not separate. I did not want to pop the bag by applying too much manual separation. Wouldn't have make a difference because in the pan, even the heat couldn't easily get them apart. Couldn't make the desired amount. Had to make one of the three large clumps.

Delicious and easy to prepare
This was extremely tasty!! I stir fried some of the riced cauliflower with beans etc and some tofu, delicious. I always wanted to try riced cauliflower but felt too lazy to do it so glad I found a frozen option that tastes just the same with no extra work. Definitely recommend I received an incentive to write this review.

Easy way to add to meals for veggies
We snagged the family size riced cauliflower from Good and Gather. I used this in a hotdish, but use in soups as well or a stirfry instead of rice. It is an excellent way to add veggies into your daily meals. Overall this is a great value and already fixed making it easy to toss in! I received an incentive to write this review.

This cauliflower rice is a convenient and healthy option for many dishes! I have been trying cauliflower rice for years, and this was so easy. It can be made on the stovetop or microwave, and I tried the microwave because I was curious. It was done within 4 minutes. I paired with vegetables for a rice bowl, and it was great! So good to add volume to any rish dish
I love adding cauliflower rice to basically any dish you would use rice with for extra volume. I will even combine regular rice and cauliflower rice. It is incredibly low calorie, the texture is excellent and keeps me full for longer. I will say it gets a little slimy when you reheat as leftovers, but I don’t mind that. Very delicious and easy to make
This frozen riced cauliflower was really good. It was also super easy and quick to make. It literally only took 8 minutes in the pan and you can also make it in the microwave. I think it’s a tasty alternative to regular rice. I like how much you get for the price too. I received an incentive to write this review.

Bad deal
Bad deal based on the smaller 10oz bag being 1.99. It is cheaper to buy 4 small bags that have the same amount as this larger 40 oz bag

Colliflower rice
The bag is not microwave safe and the rice is not organic or USDA certified. It's not bad taste wise. But not very attractive to the average health conscious customers
