These Frozen Lobster Mac and Cheese Bites from Good & Gather™ let you enjoy the taste of your favorite restaurant food at home and in miniature form. Made with lobster, macaroni, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses in a crispy breading, these lobster mac and cheese bites have no artificial flavors or preservatives. The 8-count pack is great to keep on hand in the freezer for family gatherings or game day, and you can also mix and match with other small bites for more snacking fun. Best of all, they cook in minutes in the oven or an air fryer.

Directions
Appetizers need to be fully cooked.
Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
Oven
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2. Remove mac and cheese bites from packaging. Arrange at least 1/2 inch apart on rimmed baking pan (line with parchment paper for easy cleanup).
3. Bake on center oven rack for 16 to 17 minutes or until hot throughout, turning over halfway through.
Air Fryer
1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F according to manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Arrange desired number of mac and cheese bites in single layer in basket.
3. Air-fry for 9 minutes or until hot throughout, shaking the basket halfway through.
For food safety, heat to 165ºF throughout. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately. Do not microwave or cook in a toaster oven.

The reviews had me scared to try these. Surprisingly, I loved them! Every ball had more than enough filling. I can agree that they aren’t overloaded with flavor but they definitely are good. I dipped mine in a sweet chili sauce and it changed the game! Also, follow instructions!! I actually preheated my air fryer for 4 mins prior to cooking for the 9 mins it says and I also shook them halfway through cooking. They came out perfect.
