Terrible quality. Didn't make it halfway thru the first batch of protein balls. The piece that swipes the spoon roatates across the top not inside the spoon or it doesn't swipe at all. Will be returning.

I should have checked the reviews before purchase. I bought one and it promptly broke during the first use with cookie dough. Went to get a replacement and experienced the same thing. Waste of money. As others have said it misaligns and breaks almost immediately.

Purchased the 1st one and it broke with the 1st batch of cookies. Took it back and got a replacement and it broke after about a dozen cookies! Horrible quality!!! I DO NOT recommend

I used this on some thin muffin batter and it immediately went off the track. When I tried to push it back it only got more stuck. For such a simple gadget I'm quite surprised they made it so poorly

I bought this last year but my mother loved it so much she stole it lol so I got another one…and it broke after the first scoop. The one my mom has is still fine, so there’s an issue with the consistency of the way this product is produced.

Purchased this cookie scoop to do a large batch of cookies. It broke half way through the first pan of cookies. It first started skipping cogs on the gear. Eventually the gear came loose. I would not recommend this cookie scoop.

This cookie scooper was doing great until it broke on the third scoop. I was scooping basic sugar cookies and it would not scoop. I tried to take it apart and put it together again but couldn't get it to work.

Absolute junk. In the middle of making cookies, the scoop broke. Dough was not hard. I have had plenty of cookie scoops before and not one has broken the same day I purchased it. I hand washed and air dried the item prior to using after purchasing this afternoon. Had I not needed a larger cookie scoop immediately, I probably would’ve ordered a better one. Next time I will!
