Erythritol is a naturally-occurring sugar alcohol derived from a corn source and is naturally found in small amounts in various plants, fruits and fungi, including mushrooms. It contains virtually no calories (95% less calories than table sugar), has a low glycemic impact, and doesnt contribute to tooth decay. Basically all the bad things about sugar are absent in Erythritol, yet it tastes just like sugar and is about 70% as sweet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried a few sugar substitutes and this is one of the best-tasting ones I’ve used. I’ve used it in coffee and baking and it blends well without any weird aftertaste. It’s not quite as sweet as sugar, but I actually prefer that. It gives me more control. I love that it doesn’t spike blood sugar and doesn’t mess with digestion the way some other sugar alcohols can. Definitely keeping this in the pantry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Erythritol sugar replacement has been an amazing addition to my cooking routine. Health and wellness has been my main priority the last few months, forcing me to reevaluate my eating choices and ingredients. As someone who searches for an immediate gratification with eating- it is hard to make the healthier choice. This sugar supplement has made a loophole that I never imagined possible. Taste wise, there is no noticeable difference in terms of its addition to flavor. Performance wise I feel about the same strength wise. I do not typically lean towards cooking sweets- so my main use of this has been in my teas and coffees. I’m excited to try more of this!
