I ordered one each of Raspberry and Peach for my 14yo daughter. She LOVED the Raspberry much more and told me they taste similar to Swedish Fish?! We started off with 1 gummy, then 2. She takes them before bed. I have asked her multiple times if she thinks they are helping. She told me her sleep has been so much better. Getting to sleep has been a struggle for her, so we are thankful that these help her so much.

unlike other gummy magnesium supplements i've tried, these actually taste great. i need to take magnesium daily, and i tend to choke on typical large magnesium pills. these taste so good that i WANT to take them. which means i actually take them daily. i love the peach ones, wish they came in the larger quantity.

I wish there was less sugar but also understand it has to taste good to get kids to take it. My child has been having some growing pains and said that this helped. It didn't do much until he took them for about a week.

These aren't chewy and sticky like some gummies are. I felt a calming effect after taking two of these and my body even felt less pain. I had sore muscles from work and these really helped alleviate that. Definitely will be buying more of these!

I particularly love the peach flavor. The sugar is on the high side. For two gummy's it has 3 g of added sugar, I wish it has less sugar. And because of this, I was so happy when I tried Zahler's apple flavored magnesium gummies. Even though it's a different flavor, they had the same texture as sour cherry slices. Delicious! And the bonus is they seem to be working already... I have had less body aches in just the few days I have been taking them. In fact, I already ordered a bottle in the raspberry flavor. I am so excited to receive them. Highly recommend!!! And I am an adult, lol.

I expected them to stick to my teeth more, but with one drink of water my mouth felt clean. Overall I like the flavor and texture of these, but wish the sugar content wasn't so high.

Since I tend to have a lot of thoughts then, and it keeps me awake, I thought I'd give it a try. I found that most days out of the 5 I tried it I was more successful falling asleep quickly. I tried 2 gummies at first. Being an adult, I upped it to 4 the last 2 nights, which equals 200 mg. I realize these are for kids, but I was trying them for me. I don't think there was a big difference. I still woke up at 3-4 AM, per usual, having to use the bathroom. I did feel that I was falling asleep faster than without them. I will continue to experiment until the bottle runs out. They are super tasty, like a tart green apple or just tart taste.

It's marketed towards kids who will like the design and the taste. The childproof lid is a good one and took me a couple of tries to open it.
