As a very chemically sensitive person who is allergic to wheat and other foods, I have been forced to only consume a 100% organic foods diet. This is a delicious product which replaces other flours and cooks and bakes just like wheat flour. When I discovered that with my very limited diet, that I could consume organic tapioca flour with no reaction, I purchased a large order. The product which my family has consumed has been excellent, but for some reason NOW Health Group, Inc. has blocked me from purchasing more of this wonderful product now and in the future. I have been using NOW supplements for many decades, and have always found them to be of very high quality. I would love to be able to purchase more of this product in the future from NOW.

This can be used in lots of recipes . i have used it perfect my cake recipes to give them a soft, tender texture. It's also really amazing for thickening oatmeal and any sauce as a starch to create a creamy and rich texture. This tapioca flour is a must-have baking and cooking in so many ways.

I love that it’s gluten-free and paleo friendly. I have used it as a substitute for wheat flour in multiple recipes and I can honestly say I feel much better after I eat when using this flour. It tasted better and it’s a much healthier choice. It also felt lighter which to me felt like it digested better. I will be using this Tapioca in place of regular flour from now on, that’s how good it is.
