We have developed deep fryer directions for other Gorton’s fish and shrimp products but if you do deep fry the fish sandwich be sure to fully cook the fish to an internal temperature of 165˚F or higher before serving.

THIS WAS THE WORST FISH SANDWICH i'VE EVER HAD!! sO MUCH FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON THE FRONT AND THE BACK OF THE PACKAGING!! tHE PICTURE ON THE FRONT AND BACK SHOWS THIS REALLY NICE SIZE FISH FILLET BUT IN REALITY, THE FISH FILLETS ARE TINY AND HAVE ALMOST NO FISH IN THEM. yOU GET TWICE THE BATTER THAN YOU DO THE FISH. i WASTED MY MONEY ON THIS CRAP AND i'M VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Finally a breaded fish sandwich I can have!

Because of my food allergies I can't have too many processed foods. And most fish sandwiches have something I'm allergic to which includes nightshade vegetables, like potatoes or paprika. It has basic ingredients. And it tastes so wonderful.

Great in an air fryer for a quick meal or snack!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time trying Gorton’s and I’m pretty satisfied! Love that it’s made with wild caught Alaskan pollock. The fillets are a bit smaller, tho expected, so you wouldn’t really want it on a regular bun, but goes great on a dinner roll so it actually flows out as pictured! I made them on an air fryer and it came out nice. Texture crisped up nicely and wasn’t dry on the inside. The fillet also held together and didn’t fall apart. It also smelled great even right out of the bag like you ordered it from a restaurant! Kids enjoyed them and it’s a good size for the younger ones, but the older ones would need 2-3!

I usually do not buy ready-made frozen products, but I decided to try this because it is made with Panko, which I love. I was very surprised by the quality. The flavor is very delicious and it makes me want to eat more and more. It tastes very natural and there is no artificial taste or aftertaste at all. The shape is perfect for a sandwich bun. Even my baby tasted it and loved it very much. I will definitely continue to buy this for my family!
