Sent Wrong Shelt
We were sent the wrong shelf. We went out of town for the weekend and left the project for my husband to assemble and install. We came home to find this on the wall, which is not at all what we ordered. There was only one set of instructions in the box so it’s not like it gave instructions on how to assemble it different ways, And we looked it up, this style is in fact a Danya B shelf, just not the one we ordered. Packaging went out in the trash, so not sure how to return it now that it’s on my wall. Also, it’s very small, just as all the reviews said. Not only was my daughter disappointed by it being the wrong shelf, she also realized how small the correct shelf will be. Double check they ship the correct item!

Not clean, with dents/cracks, missing item
Items arrived in poor packaging. Very dirty with styro pcs attached to it. I planning to clean it because I don’t want the hassle to return it but I found out hardware installation are missing also. Found some dents/cracks as well.

Sturdy but materials are cheap
The holes to hang it on are part of the middle board and if you screw it up, the mdf board will get damaged and it will no longer be usable. I wish it was better quality.

This is easy to assemble and works well for smaller display items, BUT a word of warning... don't over screw the Allen wrench screws as the board will audibly crack. Also, make sure you leave enough head space on the screws you are mounting on, or the board will spliter when you try to knock it in place. I may need a replacement as a result, which is unfortunate.

And while I was putty it together I thought it might be a bit flimsy, again, I was totally wrong. Once each part is put together, it appears very sturdy. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I really like the design, and I thought the instructions were fairly straightforward to follow. Additionally, so far, the shelves are also quite sturdy. However, the cubbies are substantially smaller than I thought they would be. Ideally, I wanted to use this as a decorative bookshelf; however, the boxes are too small for the size of a standard book - I can only store some books between the cubby boxes, as well as on top of the cubby boxes.
