Open bottom, assembly is simple and easy. Over sized holes though for assembly, so I recommend getting some extra 1/4” flat washers for both the bolt & nut side. Also some adhesive for the rubber edge.

I bought these a couple of years ago in gray. They look bad now because they have sun faded so bad and the rubber edging is decaying. These are not UV friendly.
