10 days after order, company cancelled the order, beware!
I ordered two Radiance Brooklyn 29-in W X 64-in L Cordless Cocoa Bamboo Roman Shades on November 17, 2025, I received a cancellation today on November 25, 2025. No reason given to me why it has been canceled. Just so you know in case you order these, maybe you will have better luck than me. Sad.

Wrong Size Sent Again
This is the second time I ordered shades from this company. They sent the wrong size again even after reaching out to them to make sure the right size would be sent. I sent an email, but did not receive any reassurance that the shades would match my order. I was told that I need to ignore what it says on the box and measure the blinds when they are received. The shades are decent but the customer service needs a lot of work. I'm not the only customer who has experienced this. If you check reviews for other sizes (ex. size 31.5), you will see similar poor reviews regarding the wrong sizes sent. For this reason only, I do not recommend this product.

To ensure a proper inside mount fit, the shades are designed to be half an inch smaller than the listed size. The item details section specifies that the actual width of the blind is 26.5 inches (1.27 cm narrower than the order size or the size shown on the box). Unsatisfied - did not get what i ordered
Have placed two different orders and received the wrong size both orders. The shades seem decent quality for what I am looking for but extremely frustrated that I am not able to use and time I have spent returning and speaking with target without being able to help me.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
First, let me start by saying I NEVER leave bad reviews. But when the company (not Target, the actual seller) ships the wrong size blinds (two purchased, two shipped completely wrong size) in two different orders (yes, I ordered, returned, purchased again thinking it was a simple mistake) and then does not respond to customer emails asking how to get the correct size I ordered.....it gives the right to a crap review. Don't waste your time ordering these blinds from Target. They are amazing blinds, I love them and I want them. But when you order a 32 inch and they send 33.5 inch blinds...twice...it's not worth your time, money or hassle.
