Q: Width of my window is 26-3/4". The 23" would be too narrow. Will 27" work?

A: For a 26-3/4" wide window, the 23" shade will leave too much of a gap, and the 27" shade is true to size and likely won’t fit inside the frame. We recommend going with an outside mount instead. For best coverage, add about 3" to both sides of your window width.

Q: The picture shows the backside as white and states privacy but what I received in flax has no liner and the windows face the front of my home and all others are white facing the street.

Q: How do you measure for the right fit to your window? My windows are 35 1/2" and 31 1/2" wide. Which width should I buy?

A: Our Roman shades are available in standard sizes and are true to size with no width deductions. For your window widths of 35 1/2" and 31 1/2", we recommend ordering the nearest sizes down: 35" and 31"
