Q: It says could contain soybean, canola oil etc. I’m allergic to soybeans. It’s not listed in the allergens. How do I know what I am getting? Do I trust it because it’s not listed in the allergens? Anyone else allergic to soybeans and did okay with it?

Bread, bread, bread, bread, and more bread.
This should be called Bread with a Little Cheese. Not only is this crust super thick and tasteless, it seems the people at diGiorno don’t know that pizza sauce should have some garlic and oregano in it. If you just want to eat some warmed up gf bread, buy some gf bread already!

Look. This does not taste like real pizza. If you can eat real pizza, you’re going to prefer that. But if you HAVE to eat GF pizza this is actually a pretty solid option. Nice to have a thicker crust than most GF pizzas. Agree that it needs seasoning and is very crisp.

I liked the taste. What I didn’t like - the bad reaction. They may have changed the “formula” by no longer using wheat starch, but there is something else not safe in it if you have celiac.

Safe now
The first time I had this, with the old formula, I had a massive reaction and felt terrible for a few days. With this new formula, sans wheat, I feel fine. Was the other one better? Yes, but I don't feel like I'm dying now, so I'm thankful for this one. Plus, it's much better than any other GF frozen pizza out there.

New Formula No Bueno
It’s sort of edible now, but the crust went from being almost akin to the way I remember Pizza Hut’s pan crust tasting to being like bland cardboard. Europe uses GF wheat starch without issue, and as someone with very violent reactions to even a little gluten, the old formula didn’t affect me at all. I wish these still tasted good. I bought one in the new formula and will never buy it again. Blecch.

Myself and two children enjoyed the taste
So far this pizza is the closest to having a "real" pizza. It's now our favorite GF pizza and the only one worth buying.
