I also love that it does not have any added sugars and no artificial flavors or colors in it! Unfortunately though it still contains some unhealthy ingredients and it is not organic or non GMO ... if it didn't have those ingredients and was organic and non GMO, then it would be much better, healthier, and safer to have! This meal was very easy to prepare in the microwave and following the instructions gave a perfectly cooked result. Since you heat it in the tray, I didn't even bother dirtying a dish. This is a really nice option for stocking a college student's freezer, keeping on hand for those busy days, or picking up while staying in a hotel that has a microwave. And, it's gluten free! The flavor and texture were both very good, I really like this product.

I feel like this is not my cuppa tea but for other people you might like it it was hard for me to chew down. I feel like the sandwich needs more improvement.

The flavor combination is delicious and with 22g of protein you can't go wrong when trying to stay on track with whatever diet you might have going on. The chicken is juicy, the brocooli has just the right amount crunch and the garlic seasoning/sauce is just right to make sure that the rice is moist. Highly recommend!

I saved this one for last as it was the most intriguing and sounded the tastiest. It. Did. Not. Disappoint. Coming in for 340 calories for the whole bowl you get a nice blend of chicken, broccoli, carrots, and rice. It doesn't sound like much, but this is definitely something that will fill you up and keep you from being hungry for a while after eating! The sauce was packed with loads of flavor and is great if you love the taste of garlic and cheese. The sauce even helped me eat the carrots, which I'm not fond of in any meal.
