Q: How do you fold it to get it back in the storage bag?? It is not in the instructions and my child unpacked it from the bag so I didn’t see how it came out.

Q: My tunnels do not have an opening for the bottom rods ??? The one for the top Middle is easily accessible but the one for the 2 bottom ones is sewn shut there is no access to them at all :(

Bought this for a 1st birthday gift. I couldnt decide between a tunnel or a tent and this gave me both. The colors are fun and I like how the bottom is flat and you're not crawling over metal wires under the fabric like other tunnels. I echo other's sentiments about assembly. The instructions are pretty useless and almost just confused me more. DO NOT PUNCH HOLES IN FABRIC. The holes are there, you just really have to look for them.

I wish the website had a better description of the tunnel - honestly, it took me a minute to figure out how to put it together. It suggested to look at the direction booklet when we tried to look it up, but it didn't come with one. I had a pop-up tunnel before that easily collapsed, but for this one, you need to remove 'tent poles'. There are three different poles, which makes it way more sturdy than others I've had, but it's just a little tricker to put together and take apart.

This is such a cute tunnel! Holds up very well and seem sturdy. Like previous reviews it seems as tho where you insert the poles is sewn shut. It is NOT they slide in if you go in and around there is an opening. If you cut the seams and make a slit the pole will just pop out.
