Rollic Playroom Bundle Tent Tunnel and Ball Pit - Cream

The ball pit uses rods to hold it up… the instructions show an image of inserting the rods into the open pockets… the pockets came literally sewn too and bottom. There’s no opening for any of the rods. Same with the pockets for the tent. The bottom pockets should be open to have the rods inserted… they’re sewn , not open. The only reason the tent is able to kind of stay up is because the top pockets are open and the ties in the middle portion of the tent hold its structure. There is no way for me to get the ball pit up unless I cut through the fabric and open the pockets

I love Gathre so I immediately bought this when I found out they have a less expensive line at Target. Sadly this item looks great but is poor quality. The circular wire that lines the edges of the tent base and tunnel feel hard and sharp through the fabric. I've hurt my knees crawling over them. My husband even stepped on it on accident and was shocked at how painful the wire can feel. I would always place a blanket over the edges to cover the hard wires. The tent isn't stable because the poles are tied and exposed instead of being covered completely by fabric (like on other tents). The poles will come apart if your kid leans a little on the tent sides. When I was folding up the ball pit one of the wires actually came apart and broke. I had to put it back together by sliding the two pieces together. The ball pit is also not that stable and if your kid leans a little the ball pit will fall over to one side. One of the little ties to tie all the parts together started ripping. I don't think this tent is safe for kids so I ended up throwing it away after realizing how sharp and hard the wires feel. I have many Gathre items which are amazing and great quality but this item isn't the same. The only thing nice about this tent is that it's esthetically pleasing.

Great idea in concept, but the fabric breaks easily - almost all of the poles have popped through and we've only had it up for a month.

The poles broke through the fabric of the tent less than a month of using it. I do not consider my kids very rough with their toys and like the other reviews, very disappointed with the quality for a toy marketed for toddlers. We own several products from the parent company (Gathre) so I was interested in seeing what their more affordable brand would be like and it’s not it. Low quality materials, not designed for toddler play, very disappointing.

Missing a stick band and very unstable

My son is 3 and loves this!!! The reviews had me skeptical, but so happy I still bought it.

Very cute but is not kid friendly. More for looks. Not stable enough to be played in, which is why I bought it. & Very over priced to not be able to USE it.

It’s so cute and I wanted to love, but it is absolutely not made functionally. I have children ages 1, 3, 5, 9. None of them were able to use this to its full potential. The ball pit collapses with any toddler crawling in and out. But the tunnel is so small that it’s only really designed for toddlers. We love gathre products and do recognize this was a more affordable product by them, but it’s just not useable.

Quality is terrible nice color but quality is bad. The sticks break through the set up when we just opened it and built it. Price doesn’t match quality.

We were very excited to give our 2.5 year old this for Christmas. The tent doesn’t stay up. Would have been so easy to add poles that can fit through stitching. It’s missing ties to keep the tent up. A waste of money. Do not recommend.

I purchased this in store because it looks super cute, but these reviews have me feeling scared. My rating isn’t accurate because I haven’t actually used it. I will be returning just based on these pics and reviews alone. Safety should come first, not just aesthetics (though who doesn’t love having both 😭). Anyway, hoping for better in the future.

This product is cheaply made. The securing spots for the tent poles were not stitched in correctly, resulting in it falling down. The tent poles also poked holes in the material within 3 days of being up. Very cheaply made and would not purchase again.

We were so excited about this set. First thing, we have a 1 year old and a 3 year old. Maybe for older kids or younger kids or less curious kids this would work but for mine it didn’t. The method of attaching the poles to the tent left them exposed and my 1 year old kept trying to take them out (and metal sticks are not generally an ideal plaything for babies). Another small but very problematic flaw was the wire at the bottom. The casing is very thin and so it’s quite painful to step on or crawl over. So much about this set is absolutely amazing and I wish these things didn’t make them unusable for us. Also, folding them away wasn’t very smooth and there are no videos or instructions to help with that. So even if I wanted to neatly put it away in the bag and try again in a few weeks it won’t pack away as tight as it should.

Poorly made. Might hold up to a very dainty child but will not hold up to a toddler climbing in and out of it. Broke by the second day of owning it. Expected more from Gathre. So disappointed. The poles that hold up the ball pit are a safety hazard when they poke out. They don’t ever stay in.

Ripped in 2 spots and only played with it for a few hours. I returned it and just got the playtopia ball pit instead. Also, the bars that go into the ball pit to keep it up are a little scary…. Could poke your eye

It looks super cute and my. kids were excited to play but after TWO days almost half of the poles broke through the seams and nearly took their eyes out. So poorly made and now it's a hazard for my kids to go near. The fabric is really soft though

The only reason I’m not returning it is because my kids have already played in the tent and tunnel. I didn’t put the ball pit up because it didn’t have any balls. When I went to put it up the rods are there but the holes to put the rods in are not. So the only thing they can use is the tent and tunnel.

Got this for our daughter for her first birthday. Such a great value for multiple pieces & love that it folds up & stores away in the bag.

My husband got this for our 2 year old for her birthday. Tent is missing ties on one side and the ball pit only has holes on one side to put it together. Very disappointing will be returning. I thought of exchanging it but maybe all of them are poorly made.
