The food was ok. The chicken was the only good part but it was decent at best. I had to spit the vegetables out as it tasted like literal cardboard. Sauce and rice were ok but were mushy and watery. Wouldn’t recommend

I got one piece of pineapple, one thin slice of pasty water chestnut and a couple micro thin slices of red pepper. Chicken was VERY tough! What little rice and sauce did have good flavor.

I found a little black hair in the food. It was discovered mixed in the food, stuck to a vegetable, after I microwaved it. The box, packaging and seal were not damaged or broken. I do not have short black hair, and no one that does was around, and did not handle the food or box.

I have eaten the sweet and sour chicken for years. For lunch at work and dinners when there is just me. 8 of 10 times it has been sweet and sour. I loved it. First you cut out water chestnuts, then down on the chicken, then you must have startedusing a thickening ingredient which left me with 1/3 of my food with no sauce, and tonight it was so sour I couldn't eat it. It tasted like all vinegar with very little chicken. That is the last straw!!! Never again.

This meal was one of the worst I have ever had. I will not be purchasing this brand again. The Sweet & Sour Chicken was neither sweet or sour. The juices were in the bottom of the microwave container it came in. This is not tested for taste or for the advertised product. Please choose another choice. Never again on this line of product, poorly fixed, poorly processed and no reason for the customer to try this again.

The chicken is ok, edible. There’s a decent amount of chicken in the bowl. The rice is tasty. The peppers are meh. Easy to make. Just throw it in the microwave then stir.

The taste, texture, and quality of the chicken has gone down. There were no water chestnuts, about two peppers, and no pineapple. This used to be a favorite; however, I will not purchase this product again.

Status post cancer of base of tongue. Can no longer eat spicy things without it burning or rice because it still enlarges and clogs my throat but these!!!! They’re wonderful. Enough sauce on the rice that it doesn’t expand and the chicken is not tough and the whole thing has a wonderful flavor. Gave the pineapple one to my son when he cam home from college and he loved. That will save me money.

I had the sweet and sour chicken tonight and I was very disappointed. There wasn't one pineapple chunk in it. The chicken and rice was good, but it didn't have any pineapple at all. That is what I like the best so I'm not sure I will buy this brand again.

A bit of surprise awaited me, as I was sewing while my dinner cooked. I left the room after I read the instructions, set the timer on the nuclear furnace underneath my kitchen counter (LOL here). I didn't pay attention to the little beeps when it finished cooking, but got a little nervous when I smelled smoke on returning and heading for the microwave. WOW! Whatever substance that had been in the bottom of the "steamer" had burned to a black, hard puddle that had MELTED THROUGH THE BOTTOM OF THE DISH!
