Uneven legs
It was fairly easy to put together. The holes didn't line up and it was difficult to get the bolts in. Now that it's finally assembled, most of the legs are not level and don't touch the ground. Customer service didn't help me with this, they just wanted to return the item that I waited over a week to receive.

Nice sofa, but please read this before assembling
So far so good, low price, and decent quality, but it's been raining since we assembled both sofas, so it's hard to tell much more. Now to recap, I told you to ignore assembly instruction #1, which tells you to screw the two backrests together in the middle before attaching the arms, leaving the screws loose. I assembled sofa #1 faithfully according to the instructions, only to end up with a rickety, bulky sofa that made attaching the arms an exercise in frustration tolerance. When assembling sofa #2, I ignored the first instruction and easily attached each backrest to its corresponding arm first, then screwed the backrests together without any trouble. The rest of the instructions made sense, except that the two sets of main screws differed by only 5mm (probably 3mm in reality) and were almost indistinguishable. They seemed functionally interchangeable. Pro tip: The manufacturer thoughtfully provides you with a ratchet wrench and a standard-sized tip, but the ratchet provided will only turn about ten screws before breaking. Assembly will be much faster if you use their tip in your own tool.

love this set. It is on the smaller side so if you are 6 feet tall it will not fit. It was easy to assemble and took about an hour. The cushions are on the thin side but it is comfortable enough for sitting on the porch.

Outdoor sofa
The frame color is a true chocolate brown. Mind you, this is not a true navy blue. The frame looks sturdy. The cushion cover looks nice. Installation did not take long. The foam in the seat box is 4 inches thick and is very dense and very uncomfortable to sit on. The back cushion sinks into it because it is just a medium grade polyester fiberfill wrapped in a mesh bag. On a scale of 1 to 10 for comfort when sitting or lying I would rate it a 2. The color I would describe it as a medium country blue, not navy. I did some testing on the back cushions, changing the filling to a bed pillow with a waterproof cover, which made a big difference in the filling and not leaving wrinkles in the fabric. I used a standard medium firm pillow and a thinner one. Changed 8 pillows in total. I plan to change the foam of the seat cushions, cut it with an electric knife and wrap it with polyester fiberfill, then stuff it in a plastic bag so that the back cushions can be easily put in. You can just tear off the plastic bag after that. This company cut the price by 50% and then went out of business. People also seek comfort so this will be a big turn off for me next time I buy a poolside mattress. I have contacted COSTWAY and asked what color navy blue is available and they have emailed the seller but I have not heard back yet. The color in the photos is authentic but you look at the other pictures and the seller should modify the color and description. It comes with a very thin tan cover. Would recommend getting a heavy cover to protect against inclement weather. The cost of a thin outdoor cover could have been used to make the product more comfortable and thus increase sales.

A little fiddly to assemble but well made and the rocking and swivel features work great. The seat cushions are thick and comfortable. It took my (very capable) sister-in-law about 3 hours to assemble both.

Amazing!
This lady raves about "her" new outdoor bed. She wakes me up every morning at sunrise and asks to lie on the couch overlooking her kingdom. Seriously, I can't keep my dog from this thing, haha! It only took my husband and I about an hour to put it together, and it's so comfortable. It's been in the rain quite a bit over the past few weeks, but it didn't have any odors when it dried out. For the price, this bed set is amazing! Our friend recently spent thousands on a similar set. The only difference I see is the quality of the wicker, which I'm not crazy about at all. It fits perfectly on our small covered patio in the backyard, and it's so nice to have an outdoor space to hang out!

Love this couch! It makes my back porch feel so cozy. It came with easy installation instructions and I installed it myself. It would have been much quicker if I had someone to help. Very happy with this purchase.
The patio sofa arrived in a large box. It took two people about an hour and a half to set it up. The high back is very comfortable for the neck and shoulders. The cushions are thick and very comfortable to sit on. The blue color is not too dark and adds a touch of color to the patio. I think it is a great value for money. I will order it again. COSTWAY also thoughtfully included a weatherproof cover, which is great. It is comfortable to use in the summer and well protected in the winter.
