Q: Is there a way to get a swatch of the upholstery?

A: I just called in and went through the phone loop to finally get through to someone about this. It took a while for them to even understand what I was asking. They finally got it just to tell me it’s not an option for them to send a fabric swatch. Pretty frustrating it’s an online only purchase so you have no way of knowing what the fabric is like in real life.

A: Hello- Thanks for asking! This is such a pretty chair. Upholstered fabric is not typically measured by thread count. This is a thicker, slightly textured woven fabric so thread count would not apply to this item. I hope that helps! Thank you. Carol

A: Don't by this chair. Mine came with a stain and then it was picked up for return by UPS and a week later I got an email saying by refund was denied. Not kidding so I'm out 412.00 and no chair. Scam.

Absolutely Love these chairs!! I've purchased two sets for 2 different clients and if they were in stock would be purchasing another set for a client! I've purchased the mushroom and cream, both gorgeous - comfortable - and well made! A complete jem for the price! I really hope they come back in stock, I came here to check on stock, wanting to put them in another proposal. If you are here and they are in stock, grab them!! You won't be disappointed!

Terrible Fabric!
I've had this chair for a little over a year and while it's still quite comfortable the fabric looks AWFUL!! Within a month it was pilling badly and it looks so dingy now. A shame the fabric is such low quality since the chair is fairly comfortable for the price point. Fabric is not worth the price.

I’ve had these chairs for almost 2 years! I purchased two and they are used daily in our living room. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids, two cats and two dogs. The chairs are comfortable, however the bottom curl and the fabric pills badly! I honestly should put a stitch in the bottoms to keep them from curling. They also stain easily. In hind sight I would have sprayed them with a furniture protector spray. I have a green machine though, that allows me to get them looking clean again. These chairs would be great in a sitting room, but look a little rough with daily use. I don’t think they’re worth $400 a piece. When I bought them they were around $350.

I’ve waited two years to review.. What I love about these are the look, color and comfort. What I hate is the fabric gets fuzzy and you have to shave it. I had to start using hair clippers on the base setting to cut all the fuzz off. These chairs are in our living room and used for everyday sitting & holding up fine minus the fuzz. I would recommend to others to buy.

I bought this chair purely for aesthetics in my office where the room was very bare. I do love the color and shape of this chair. It looks like Pottery Barn for a small fraction of the cost.
