no instructions in box. found them online but ridiculously hard to assemble. one part of the lounger looked crooked before assembly and caused the bottom leg to sit off the ground on on side. Price was the only thing I liked about this.

Garbage

I purchased this chair 4 cost about 800.00 I used them this would be my 3rd year but unfortunately I will be taking them to the dump! Don’t waste your money! Very very disappointing

Best price for the quality

After a ton of research and refusing to pay hundreds of dollars for a functional and attractive chaise lounge, I found this one. I first saw it on another big box store site for more money and when it sold out, I searched it, only to find it on Aosom for less and faster arrival time. My husband had a little trouble putting it together but nothing major. Its very nice looking, very comfortable and the price is unbeatable, especially since it comes with the cushion. The cushion has a pocket in the back to attach to the back of chair to keep it from sliding. The wheels in the back make it very easy to move. This is a great chair for a great price!

we got this chair and it is good quality but does this look right? is the front higher and the back lower? people are laughing at it???? we love the color and got the right one this time had some issues with other gray furniture we ordered not being right color as stated but they made it right. so good customer service but if anyone could help if this is how it is to look that would be great!

Great aesthetic/comfort, super value

I got the package much earlier than I was expecting! The chairs look very nice; they come with the solid beige cushions, which is a good deal because most other loungers did not come with cushions. Very great experience over all and my husband and I have been quite enjoying these chairs! They would not last for many seasons. However, for this price AND they are foldable, is a great deal for comfort and aesthetic! And of course a kind and responsive seller is a HUGE plus. Remember to also purchase covers separately.

Excellent customer service and value! They corrected a simple issue with a loose screw beautifully, once the defect was explained. Good value AND excellent customer service

Great value. I don't know how they'll hold up long term, but I was immediately impressed that I could pull them out of the box assembled. The covers are a nice fabric that has proved to be water resistant enough to dry quickly after a rain. So far so good.
