Description

The Bare Home Weighted Blanket is made through a unique process to evenly distribute weight within 4"x 4" dual layered pockets of 100% cotton to provide ideal soothing pressure across the entire blanket. Each compartment contains an optimal combination of fiber filling and nontoxic ultra-fine glass beads for perfect breathable temperature control. We recommend picking a blanket that is around 10% of your body weight. Weighted blankets are meant to cover your body and are sized to cover just the top of your bed. Our weighted blanket helps relieve tension naturally and provides sensational comfort. The weighted bed blankets come in various weights and sizes to fit your needs. The blankets also come in a variety of colors including gray, blue, green, purple and black.

Perfect sleeping aide for kids with insomnia

I bought this for my youngest who has always had trouble sleeping through the night. Knowing how good these things are for adults, I picked one up to see how well my child would adjust. Thankfully, the 7-lb. blanket is just heavy enough to provide that unconscious comfort without endangering them as they sleep. I do wish it was slightly cheaper and easier to clean, but the beaded fill requires it to be spot-cleaned or dry-cleaned when needed. You can avoid this if you can find a duvet cover sized to fit it.

Good blanket except dusty, made me sneeze

It was comforting and not too heavy, but there was some type of particles on it that made me sneeze after I spread it out or folded it up. Almost like there was dust in the sand inside the blanket coming out. I couldn't see anything. Happened several times. The pink was a little too bright for my taste, I would've preferred a pastel. The fabric seemed a little cheap.

This beautifully vibrant green blanket stares at me, tempting me. I enjoy buying something, loving it, and putting it to use. I attempted to use the weighted blanket, but ten pounds feels heavy when you hurt your foot. For the time being, I’ve laid it across my lap to my shoulders while sitting up, but I must wait for my foot to heal before “completely” using it. Wonderful

Exactly what I was looking for and a great price. I got this for my 5 year old with sensory processing disorder and it has been so helpful at bedtime. She falls asleep faster and stays asleep through the night more nights than usual. It is so soft and doesn’t make her too hot like the previous one we tried. The beads inside don’t make noise and they stay in place. I highly recommend!
