Description

The Tranquility Weighted Blanket applies deep calming pressure to help you fall asleep and wake rested. This weighted blanket utilizes Deep Touch Pressure Therapy (DTP) through the application of gentle, even pressure across your body. The results mimic the feeling of being held or hugged. The blanket features innovative temperature balancing technology to keep you cool when it's warm, and warm when it's cool. The removable cover is machine washable to easily clean up any messes or spills. There are 16 loops and ties to ensure the blanket stays in place inside the cover and provide even weight distribution. For the best results, you should select a weight that is 8% to 12% of your total body weight.

I chose this blanket over others because the cover comes off to wash and dry. After I take the cover off to wash and dry it, I shake the blanket to redistribute the beads before putting the cover back on. I highly recommend a weighted blanket if you have anxiety or depression.

    Horrible Quality

    Terrible weighted blanket. The cover is horrible quality. I was untying it to wash it and the tie just broke off. It was not tied tightly and I didn’t yank on it. The beads are small enough that they shift squares and the weight doesn’t remain evenly distributed. Wish I could return it.
