The Ella Jayne Performance Collection matches our classic style with attributes needed to help you fully refresh each day. Our Ella Jayne Weighted Blanket will make restless sleep a thing of the past. The blanket has one side that is velvety soft and the other side is a comfortable microfiber fabric. Glass beads and polyester weigh down the blanket with 12 15 or 20 pounds of pressure (choose the closest to 10% of your body weight). This pressure aids helping you get a restful night’s sleep and a clear head.

Q: Will this fit a queen size bed?

A: Thank you for reaching out! Yes, it will fit on a Queen size bed. However, the dimensions are 48″x72″ which wouldn't be enough to replace a Queen size comforter. This blanket is meant for personal use and intended to be used to curl up with on the couch or single person use on a bed.

Q: Does this need a removable cover as I've seen suggested for other similar weighted blankets, or is it truly machine washable without danger of ruining the blanket?

A: Hi there, You certainly can do a removable cover but it is not necessary. The item can be machine washed if it is exceptionally dirty even though we do not recommend it. We recommend a hand wash/spot clean style wash.

excited for blanket. its for my son who is a disabled veteran and wanted one to help him sleep dr say it may also help him stay in bed due to anxiety and stress sleeping/ insomnia. ( 4 measuring = son is 215 lbs and 6'1) fits a queen bed easily. says its machine washable however we took his asthma one (15 lbs) to the dry cleaners just to fluff it up and clean it up a bit. seems awfully heavy for a washing machine. your choice on that aspect. very soft velour like texture.

Cozy and Comforting
This gives me the feelings I get at the dentist when they put the lead vest on! It is the best when it is a cold night. It settles my mind and helps me rest easily. I also do not wake up as frequently as usual. I keep one on the sofa in the family room as well as my kids like to use it for movie night.

The blanket provides a feeling of being protected and safe. It's always difficult to find this feeling with regular blankets because you have to layer them. This weighted blanket solves that issue. It has aided in going to sleep and staying asleep. I'd say this is also an incredible gift.

This is being sold by a third party vendor, not Target. It’s currently a week late and they have no idea where it is. I just waited on hold for 20 minutes just to get this refunded. Target wouldn’t let me get a refund on a missing item through the ap. This was my first and probably my last Target order.
