This Sealy weighted blanket smelled really bad out of the box and despite being hung for several days to get the smell out. Did not expect this from Target or from Sealy!!

The best purchase I ever made. This is so comforting. It feels like you’re being hugged. Just love it.

I love how it keeps my legs from moving due to sleepless leg syndrome!! But the only thing I dislike is that it get you very hot, but at the same time I do live in south TX where are temps are at a high of 100*F

The fact that you can remove the cover for washing is a huge plus. It's good weight for adults. I have severe arthritis at a young age. So I am always looking for ways to help manage that. I like the pressure on my knees especially when the weather is bad. It helps a ton. I get a lot of use out of this blanket. Using this blanket is like the best hug.

This blanket makes me fell like I’m wrapped in a warm cocoon. This definitely keeps the cold air out and I want to stay snuggled in my bed. I struggle with staying asleep the whole night. Using this blanket, I have gotten such good rest when I have used.

I was a bit skeptical about weighted blankets, but this one exceeded my expectations. It’s nice and soft, and also a great washable cover which has ties inside so your blanket “stays in place”. I expected it to be heavier, but the weight was evenly distributed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to give to my Mom for Christmas but decided to test it out first to make sure it was the right size/weight for her. She is a little lady and I was worried 15 lbs would be too heavy. First off -- the fact that this thing has a cover is amazing. I don't know how other companies get away with selling blankets without a cover? This makes it easy and sanitary to use regularly. The cover is super soft too, which makes it nice and snuggly, and it's gray, so it should match any of her sheets/bedspreads. It's a good size for one person, and I think the 15lbs will be a little heavy for her but not overwhelmingly so. For reference, she is 65 and probably 140lbs. It was a little too lightweight for me (120lbs) but for her it should be perfect. It seems really well made so we'll see how it holds up.

I get what all the fuss is about and definitely will be recommending this one. I love the extra weight it gives me when I sleep, it really is a game changer, very comfortable. I put a duvet over it and it is even more cozier:)

The weight is not too heavy where I feel like I am stuck under it, it is just enough to make me feel comfortable. I love the that it is easy to full off the cover and clean it. Much nicer than some of the other covers I’ve seen. I’ve been sleeping with it every night and I have to say that it helps me to sleep very soundly. I LOVE how this comes with a removable cover which makes it so much easier for washing. It is the perfect size for me as well. Definitley recommend.

This has a washable cover that is so easy to remove and wash. It's super soft and I don't have to worry about it not drying the whole way and smelling like mold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been curious about weighted blankets for a while and so I got this Sealy's 15 lbs weighted blanket to try out. The blanket is in light gray color and comes with a removable, patterned outer cover. The outer cover is made of polyester and is machine washable. As per tag, the blanket filling is 93% glass beads and 7% polyester fiber. This is not recommended to be washed. The blanket applies a moderate pressure on the body and helps it to relax, so you can sleep better. It is especially nice in the winter time to keep warm and cozy. I do like the concept of the weighted blanket, but a little lower weight may be more preferable. My wife found it too heavy for her weight. This blanket is suggested for adults who weigh more than 125 lbs and not for use with children.
