The footrest is very narrow, I have to keep my legs too close together. It doesn't recline easily or smoothly. The arm rests are connected by an elastic band which means they don't actually hold your arms up. The only reason this got 2 stars instead of 1 is the quality of the materials is pretty high.

I almost returned this until I looked at the listing again. When I sat in it chair upright feet in footrests it was not comfortable. Slightly better if I sat up straighter. I could have sworn it was reclining but as it was I didn’t love the comfort. Then I looked at the photo and saw it really did recline you just have to make it happen and it’s not really obvious. Once reclined it was comfortable. Hard to get out of though. I wanted something I could lay in in my yard and at camping but I have other chairs for sitting upright. The quality seems decent. I like the leather/pleather on the ends of the handles to keep them from fraying. I would not keep this as an upright chair but will keep it for reclining as my son hogs the hammock and I need a nap chair.

We bought 2 of these for our deck. We also bought the round table. All from the same company, all at the same time. Strange as it may seem, the items came in 3 different shipments from 3 different places on 3 different days from 3 different carriers. Odd. Putting them together was simple enought. It took a minute or two to figure out how to take off the foot rest but once together and seated they ere comfortable enough. The problem was getting out of them. Very odd angle and and very low to the ground so getting out of them was difficult.
