The tart cranberries and sweet chocolate balanced well, and the 7g of protein was a nice bonus. Not sure if I’ll repurchase this flavor but will try another but it definitely hit the spot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were okay for me, I didn’t think they tasted fantastic but they didn’t taste bad. I like that is has some protein in it and it doesn’t taste chalky like protein powder or anything. My son said he liked it and it tasted like peanut butter. This wouldn’t be my first pick of snack but nice to carry around for hunger emergencies ha.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kodiak Cakes cranberry chocolate chip trail bars were just the right mix between sweet and salty that I crave all the time. I like that they had seven grams of protein. I felt that I could use them as a snack or a light replacement meal for breakfast or lunch. Small bites are the best way to eat these being that they are made of seeds and nuts and oats they can be too chewy otherwise.

They usually taste too sweet, and come across stale to me. But these from Kodiak were actually very good! I chose the cranberry and chocolate chip version. They are not too sweet, nor are they too sticky! These bars have 7 grams of protein, and 4 grams of fiber! For someone like me who has to eat a high fiber diet this is very good news for a sweet treat! What’s more is that it’s actually filling enough to get me to lunch (or dinner) and doesn’t leave me with a sugar crash! Try it out for yourself!
