I was excited to put together my bench this past weekend. First two legs so easy installed and then ……. The last two legs were impossible to install due to during the manufacturing process the bench holes and the leg holes do not line up.

Like the design. Fits well on our deck. Good quality.

The design of the parson bench is perfect and sturdy for CO winters.

We bought the bench in two sizes to make a banquet corner, plus a few chairs and the matching table to make our own set that worked for our space. It looks great and comfortable!

Bench is perfect for kids and adults to eat at table and can easily be moved to other areas of the yard to enjoy conversation.

As the title states it was impossible to assemble the bench due to the pre-drilled holes being wildly misaligned. It does seem like it could be sturdy if it were possible to attach the legs. I am currently awaiting a replacement bench and am hoping the replacement does not have the same issue.

At $500+ a piece I’m not feeling too picky to think Polywood could take the time to clean up the flashing and torque down all the fasteners. I tried to torque those fasteners for you guys, but realized they can’t be because the crossbars they go into appear to be machined to the wrong dimensions or the thru holes mis-drilled or who knows, but it’s not my job to build the top part of this bench for you. I’m guessing all the pieces not be fastened together doesn’t do good things for the safety/load carrying capacity of the bench. It doesn’t help that I have the exact same bench bought a few years ago that has none of these issues. I tried test fitting the legs. I will say the holes lined up fine, fasteners went in on 2, another took some motivation, the 4th one, not a chance, holes are . 5” off center or more. 3 out of the 4. All this reminds me, 1 of the 6 chairs I gave you guys over $5k for a few years ago had shoddy workmanship too, but I let it slide which I obviously now regret. If you’re going to charge nosebleed prices for this stuff, the quality has. to. be. impeccable. Get your shop in order and get it right the first time. The bench will be on its way back to you real soon.

Love this bench! Perfect for kids, super sturdy and was very easy to assemble. Literally had to screw on the 4 legs, that’s all!

Good , solid bench. Easy to assemble…. and certainly no fear of it blowing away. It’s incredibly heavy.

Very high end plastic table and will likely last a long time. Looks like children furniture, and the installation process was really bad. The predrilled holes do not line up and the finished product looks bad. The various legs have different pre-drilled hole location so it's a little bit of a puzzle to figure out which leg gets attached to which portion, but even at that some of the holes didn't line up. The screws easily strip out and the allen wrench provided is not good quailty for the amount of assemly needed. I would not recommend buying these to anyone unless you have a lot of exprience troubleshooting furniture and can drill your own holes into the plastic

This bench is heavy and built to last. Only took me about 10 minutes or less to put together. Love the color (teak) and the quality.

Legs attached perfectly making it very balanced. It's very sturdy! Kind of surprised by how long it is and kind of wish it slid under the table lengthwise but not a huge deal.

Great quality, VERY sturdy. We got the mahogany color, which does get hot in the sun. Just didn’t think about that part with the dark color. But overall happy with the purchase so far, excited to have it forever without needing to replace it.
