What I like best about this mac & cheese is that the buffalo seasoning comes in a separate packet. Use the whole packet and you’ll get tons of hot buffalo flavor. However, you can just add half of the seasoning and make a more tame version for those who can’t handle the heat!

I like how it's not just some subtle undertone, and I can actually enjoy this nice blend of cheese and buffalo flavor. It's as easy to make as any mac & cheese; I just had to add an extra seasoning packet. I definitely would get this again and recommend others try this as well.

My entire family from adults to teen to toddler enjoyed this. We paired it with baked chicken and green beans for dinner. Quite delicious. I could see myself making these with some jalapeños and ranch for added flavor and creaminess. These are perfect alone though as is. Tender shells and creamy spicy cheese.

It was so easy to prepare following the directions and didn't take long at all. My husband loves hot sauce on his macaroni so this is a great alternative. I would definitely purchase it again and recommend it to my friends and family. It is smooth and creamy, and there are no weird lumps to have to work out like with powder cheese.
