Q: I had first ordered the cream color in the twin and it was a lot fluffier had returned it for a white color which was a cracked color but doesn't seem to have very many feathers in it is this inconsistent with most of orders?

Stay away!

Terrible! Very disappointed in this purchase, especially because of how expensive it was. I bought this about 3 months ago and it was fine until about a month ago. Now, the feathers are constantly poking at you even through the duvet cover and it's very uncomfortable to sleep with. The feathers are pointy and hurt. This duvet insert also does not breathe well and you get super hot throughout the night and it's too heavy overall. Unfortunately would not recommend.
