400 Thread Count Percale Sheet Set - Casaluna™

I am extremely disappointed with these pillowcases. After only normal use, the fabric has developed significant darkening and discoloration from sebum oxidation. To be clear, these aren't surface stains from spills; the material itself is retaining organic oils and failing to release them during laundering, causing a permanent dingy buildup. The most frustrating part is that my matching sheets are still in perfect condition. Since the entire set is washed together, it’s obvious that the pillowcase material is defective and unable to handle concentrated contact with skin oils. To make matters worse, customer service was not helpful. I explained that I am temporarily disabled, making an in-store return nearly impossible for me. Despite this being a clear material performance failure, they insisted on a full return of the entire set just to fix the pillowcase issue, which would leave me without any bedding. I expected much better quality and more flexible support for the price. If you’re looking for bedding that stays clean and a company that stands by its product, look elsewhere.

I ordered the brown set, they look purple even before washing. They’re also so uncomfortable, we’ve always used percale sheets & for the price I assumed these would be high quality. We also love the casaluna brand so I had high hopes. Would not recommend these sheets at all. The actual color is nothing like the photos shows & they’re so scratchy. Even after 3 months of weekly washes they’re just as uncomfortable as they were after the first wash.

I don’t usually write reviews and wanted to love these as our old sheets were by the same brand. I ignored all the other reviews and gave them a try. For $120 sheets, you are better off sleeping on sheets of paper they were that bad even after I put them through the wash (yes I followed washing instructions).10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Do not buy. These sheets are scratchy.

These sheets are actually terrible and not worth it. They started pilling within the first few weeks of using them and are unusable at this point.

Worst sheets ever. Was so disappointed. So scratchy and unpleasant that I couldn’t even put my face on the pillow. Don’t waste your money.

Was sent a king size set when I purchased a queen size. Unable to return as I did not notice until after I washed them. Also more itchy/scratchy than my liking. Overall, very disappointed.

These sheets are not as good a they used to be. Not soft and very scratchy even after multiple washes.

Very pretty green color but not soft at all. Texture uncomfortable to sleep on. Will return for a different material.

PROS: The sheets are a gorgeous green. They seem like they’ll hold up well to wash and wear. CONS: They are noisy and not very soft, even after washing. Hopefully they’ll soften up with use. They’re also quite warm.

Owned the temperature regulating version for 5 years and absolutely loved them. They no longer make them and these were suggested as the new version…. These are so scratchy and uncomfortable, there’s no way I would keep them.

These are the most uncomfortable sheets I’ve ever slept on. They were incredibly rough and itchy. Do not buy.

I’m shocked at all the negative reviews! Don’t buy percale if you don’t like crispy sheets. I have both the 400 thread count and the older 250 thread count— BOTH are lovely and TBH both feel the same. For those who want the sheets softer, wash and dry them a few times. I use these exclusively in my Airbnb and at home. We donated all other sheets. There nothing like sliding into bed at night and feeling the cool cotton. My guests compliment my beds and never complained about sheets. We love them in our home. Highly recommend and suggest waiting until Target has a 40% off sale if they are out of your budget. I will say I’m not impressed with the boring hem on the pillowcases, and they do need to be ironed. Having a rental cabin means extra ironing but I don’t mind. The way thy look on the bed… so crisp and clean!! I’m proud to use these for my guests.

I should’ve taken the advice from reviews. For $120 the quality of these are HORRIBLE!! itchy and stiff do not buy, they don’t feel like 400 thread count more like sandpaper! I wish I could return
