This is first time I see this color of the ginger because I always buy other brand but my brother gaves me a birthday gifts and it tastes great. I put in my sushi and make homemade dumpling mmmm so good thank for the ginger.

Great price the best sushi Ginger I've ever had and I've had a lot. When one item came with a broken seal they immediately responded and replace the item at no charge. Will continue to do business with them forever. I am looking forward to trying their other products besides the sushi Ginger.

We love this ginger but it is getting very expensive.

I dice this up and mix it with oatmeal, along with cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, and various dried fruit. It’s got a lot more kick than powdered ginger. Could be used in a smoothly also.

Ginger is over cooked or processed. It should be crispy. I like my sushi ginger to be more pungent and less sweet.

I love this ginger!! It has helped immensely with my digestion issues at night. I used to buy it locally but haven't been able to find it. In an online search, I was surprised to find Swanson's not only had the ginger in a jar, but also many of the other ginger chews and products by The Ginger People. I will definitely be using Swanson's for my ginger needs. Note: I gave this 4 stars because my order of 4 jars came with two of them leaking very badly. Fortunately, they were eacj in their own ziploc bag, so the liquid was pretty much contained, though some leaked out into the shipping box. Swanson's not only replaced my defective jars but replaced my original order in its entirety. Unfortunately, there were small leaks of two of the replacement jars. Rather than repeat this process, I just ignored the issue, and kept the 6 good jars. I have explained to Swanson's that there should be another way to pack these jars to prevent leakage. I hope they figure this out. I don't want to lose another source for this product!

Very tasty. I use it with my sushi. I use on in stirfry. I put in on ham sandwich. Good in tea.
