Not good.
I cooked this per the instructions on the box and it was really not good. I generally really like Amy’s products but this one has to be the worst I’ve tried. The cheese was grainy/mealy and it took a long time for it to not be soupy. It really wasn’t good.

Weird aftertaste?
The texture of the noodles was better than other GF Mac and cheese I’ve had but il with everyone else talking about the weird aftertaste. I love some of the other Amy’s meals but this one is a no.

I baked mine and it came out perfect. It had a crispy top and the pasta had a creamy, cheesy sauce. Amy’s uses high quality ingredients and is organic which gives it an exceptional taste and flavor.
