A part where you screw down one of the metal support bars down at is defective. You can't screw anything down in the whole (attached pictures) and I was also missing a screw for another part

Good frame, bad inventory management

The bed frame itself is sturdy and good but the problem was when I was assembling the last step when putting the rods in between the frame it was missing one but since the front and back has a few rods that’s holding it so I was thinking it should be fine so I didn’t return for exchange because this bed was meant for my brother to come over for that weekend so it was late for exchange

Attractive & solid bed frame

Well despite this thing weighing more than me, I managed to put this bed frame together by myself because I am a strong independent woman who don’t need no man. That said, I’d recommend having two people to assemble it, though it is doable solo if you’re willing to spare some angry tears. Pros: It looks just like the picture, arrived a week earlier than expected, is study and stable, and I’m sure assembly is a breeze with two people. I appreciate the sound reduction tape they included for the bar that acts as the middle base. Looks nice. Cons: I docked one star because despite being wrapped in protective plastic, both sides of the headboard frame came scratched (see attached picture). Nothing a little sharpie can’t fix, however. The wood vinyl of the footboard is also slightly blemished in one spot, but it’s on the inside and not visible when assembled, luckily. I messed up at one point and installed the wood footboard the wrong way in the frame (wood pieces of footboard are attached opposite how the headboard wood was, my b) and had to unscrew everything. Despite not tightening the screws down all the way until completion, 2 of the screws got stuck in the metal hardware of the wood which pulled the metal pieces out of the wood when I unscrewed. I had to go to the store and buy pliers to get them separated ‘cause those suckers were STUCK. Overall, I quite like this bed frame and I got it for 50% off, so I really can’t complain too much. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend it.
